6%. Only customers who select this option are eligible for a refund of the
purchase price less 6% and our s.h.i.p. fees (which are $30 on saddles up to
$200; $35 on saddles $200-$348; $40 on saddles $349 and up within the
continental USA.).
- If you are purchasing a new saddle (brand, style, size or model)
with which you are unacquainted, we urge you to select this option.
- Returns through us for any reason must be authorized (please call or email
for instructions), in brand new
condition, and received within 10 business days with shipping prepaid. All
other returns will not be accepted for a refund.
- If the Money Back Guarantee is not purchased, we reserve the right
to issue a refund less all s.h.i.p. fees and a 20% gross re/stocking fee.
